2. DESCRIPTION

Proel Digital microphone call stations BM08, BM04 and BM01 are designed for a complete microprocessor

control and only for use with ZONE8 Voice/Music Proel unit: digital panel for music background and

announcement in eight different zones.

These call stations are condenser electret microphone equipped to ensure a high sensibility level and a

large band frequency response.

The model BM16, BM08 and BM04 are keyboard equipped. BM08 and BM04 with respectively 8/4keys +

general call for respectively 8/4 different zones whilst BM01 is only one key equipped because designed

only for general call.

These microphone call stations are engineered for advanced Digital audio transmission and zones

selection purposes throughout CAT5UTP cabling and RS485 transmission technology

Note: the BM16 must be used with the 16 zones extension of the ZONE8 (by Z8SLAVE).

3. FUNCTIONS AND CONTROL

Main functions:

• Electret microphone flexible stem equipped .

• Body in plastic with anti scratch, shock resistant material and anti sliding support stems

• Tone and level output control purposes.

• Output audio signal without nor attenuation or alteration due to signal long flow because of digital

microphone signal transmission purposes.

• Designed for zone microphone call and general call.

• “Busy” lines status led indicator.

• Power supply purposes directly by ZONE8 unit. For long lengths an eventual external power source

to set locally can be necessary.
